Home Renewables have a nationwide fleet of installers and product distribution. We cover the whole of England and Wales and have a 2 week turn around from the point of order to installation. If you are ordering from Scotland please get in touch prior to purchasing your product.
Once you have made your purchase, one of our team will be in contact via email to carry out a quick and easy remote survey to ensure compatibility with your current set up. If you are unsure of anything, give us a call to discuss the product compatibility on 0333 533 0132.
All of the products that we offer come with manufacturer’s warranty and a one year workmanship warranty covered by Home Renewables Co. This means that if there are any technical issues, we will send one of our engineer’s out to your to diagnose and correct it for a period of one year.
Once you have picked your chosen product you will be able to pay and choose your preferred installation date online. When this is done, one of our team will carry out a remote survey and confirm your installation date a few days before to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Once your product has been installed and everything is up and running, you will receive a handover pack. This contains all of your guarantees, warranties and any instructions that may come in handy.
